Internal Deadline (Application): Pfizer Global Medical Grants
This competitive program seeks to encourage organizations to submit grant applications for multidisciplinary team educational activities focused on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).
Projects that will be considered for Pfizer support will focus on:
- Improving the medical and scientific understanding of DMD
- Addressing the holistic challenges that DMD presents to multidisciplinary teams
- Addressing challenges in managing, monitoring, and caring for patients
- Addressing the need for upskilling of both treatment and referral centers
- Identifying and addressing barriers that contribute to geographic, gender and racial healthcare disparities disproportionately impacting patients with a rare disease to increase earlier diagnosis and treatment
The funding range for individual projects requesting up to $ 250,000 USD will be considered. Up to 3 projects are anticipated to be awarded.
