General Suppliers are prospective, interested, or existing suppliers that have the capability to process electronic POs and invoices (for their goods and/or services) through DalBuy, our Procure-to-Pay system powered by Jaggaer. DalBuy is a user-friendly platform that streamlines the entire procurement process, from purchase orders to invoices.

DalBuy offers several benefits for you, including:

  • Email notification for Purchase Order Delivery
  • Submitting invoices electronically through a user-friendly portal.
  • Increase your visibility to more Dalhousie customers.
  • Improved communication and transparency through the platform.

We'll be implementing DalBuy in phases over the next several months. We value your business and are committed to providing a smooth transition. There will be continued access to the same ordering processes while moving over to our new streamlined processes that DalBuy provides.
