The client is responsible for the following:

General Conditions
At any time should the premises become unfit for, or incapable of access, from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to scheduled renovations or delays of renovations, then this agreement, at the option of the Centre for Learning and Teaching, will become null and void. Under these circumstances, CLT is responsible for contacting the client to cancel or reschedule the room booking.
The CLT adheres to the Dalhousie University Smoke Free/Scent Free program. The CLT asks that students, faculty, staff, and visitors refrain from using or burning scented products while using the B400 classroom.
Failure to adhere to the policies/regulations of the Centre for Learning and Teaching and/or Dalhousie University may result in the termination of the present activity and potential loss of opportunity to book the room in the future.
