In this session, Olivia Fader, Dalhousie’s first 2SLGBTQ+ Advisor, will share insights on the lived realities of the students she supports and offer strategies on how you can create a more inclusive classroom environment. Following this session, you'll be able to:

  • Identify the barriers 2SLGBTQIA+ students on campus and in the classroom
  • Create and maintain safer, equitable learning experiences for 2SLGBTQIA+ students
