Dr. Spencer is the Director of Simulation Education at the Dartmouth General Hospital and a member of the QEII Simulation Operational Advisory Committee. In his free time he is the president of KDS Medical Engineering Inc. Dr. Spencer's professional interests lie in Simulation Education, Resuscitation, Engineering and Medicine.
