Need something repaired?
Fill out a Maintenance Request Form (MRF).
- Go to Dal Online and log in.
- Go to the Residence Applications.
- Go to the Residence Hub Page within your Residence Application.
- Select Maintenance Request Form (MRF) and fill in the required information.
A few important details:
- If it's an emergency, please report directly to residence staff.
- Our MRF system is not monitored overnight or on weekends.
- Provide as much detail as possible about the problem.
- Submitting an MRF gives us permission to enter your room to do the repair, if required. More information here.
- Report any sightings of insects or rodents to your Front Desk immediately.
