Before You Go

Current Dalhousie students, faculty, and staff must prepare accordingly if they plan to travel abroad for Exchange & Study Abroad, Internships & Co-ops, Short-term Programs, Field Courses, and Conferences. 

Before you set off on your International Learning Experience, you'll need to plan your trip in accordance with Dalhousie’s International Travel Policy, which provides direction on ensuring safe international travel.

There are four required components to complete before leaving Canada for an International Learning Experience. Failure to do so puts you at risk and will also result in a declined funding application if you have applied for Dalhousie related travel bursaries.
