Reset Your Password


If you have an account on myCareer but you've forgotten your password,
resetting your account in easy. Follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Receive Your Reset Code

  • Please visit https://mycareer.dal.ca 
  • Select "Forgot Password” 
  • Your Login ID is your email address
  • Click on “Email Reset Code”

Step 2: Complete Password Reset Form

  • You will receive an email with a new reset code. Once you receive the code, return to myCareer 
  • Select "Forgot Password” 
  • Under “Step 2. Fill out the form below” fill out your information.
  • Enter and confirm your new passwordAnswer the skill testing questions and click “Reset Password”
