LeMarchant Place not only provides residence rooms for students, but also key student services in closer proximity to the students who use them. The top five floors are dedicated to residence rooms accommodating over 300 students. The bottom two floors house a variety of student services, including:
- International Centre
- Welcome Centre and Recruitment Office
- Admissions Office
- Student Health & Wellness Centre
LeMarchant Place is also the starting point for campus tours.
